摘 要:提高民族地区茶产业竞争力对巩固脱贫成果、振兴乡村产业具有重要意义。文章以湖北恩施州茶产业为研究对象,对九要素模型进行拓展,基于人力资本视角构建了分析恩施州茶产业竞争力的新理论模型。该模型认为人力要素是恩施州茶产业竞争力的关键,包括政府、企业家和投资者、茶企员工、茶农,他们分别提供政策、资金、技术、劳动等要素,在撬动物质要素、把握发展机遇方面发挥巨大作用。Improving the competitiveness of tea industry in minority areas is of great significance to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and revitalize rural industries.This paper took tea industry in Enshi as the research object,expanded the nine-factor model,and constructed a new theoretical model to analyze the competi-tiveness of the tea industry from the perspective of human capital.The model reveals that human factors are the key to the competitiveness of tea industry in Enshi,including the government,entrepreneurs and investors,tea en-terprise employees and tea farmers.They respectively provide policies,capital,technology,labor and other ele-ments,and play a huge role in leveraging material factors and grasping development opportunities.
