摘　　要：随着"双一流"建设的推进,为激发高校学术组织创新活力,中国部分高校逐渐进行学部制改革。学部作为学术分类管理的平台,对指导学科分类、深入民主管理具有重要作用。面对中国工科研究型大学"工强文弱"的状况,应通过构建人文社科学部来引导和推动人文社科建设,但在学部建设过程中要注意克服发展定位不准、有效融合不够、院部职能协调不清等问题,要对学部进行有效定位,重视其运行模式和组织架构设计。With the promotion of "double first-class" construction, in order to stimulate the innovation vitality of academic organizations in colleges and universities, some colleges and universities in China have gradually carried out the reform of faculty system. As a platform for academic classification management, the faculty plays an important role in guiding discipline classification and deepening democratic management. Facing the situation of "strong engineering and weak humanities" in China’s engineering research universities, we should guide and promote the construction of humanities and social sciences by establishing the faculty of humanities and social sciences. However, in the process of faculty construction, we should overcome problems like inaccurate development positioning, insufficient effective integration and unclear coordination of the functions between the faculty and the colleges. And we should also pay attention to the effective positioning, the operating mode and the organizational structure of the faculty.
