摘  要:目的探讨不同输出功率对覆膜型激光光纤光热转换作用的影响,为光纤尖端光热转换后激光能量分布提供有效预测平台。方法建立光纤尖端输出功率及温差变化监测模型,光纤尖端进行光热转换前后使用红外成像测温仪器测量光纤尖端在不同的输出功率(100 mW、200 mW、300 mW、400 mW、500 mW、600 mW、700 mW、800 mW、900 mW、1000 mW)条件下的温差变化,使用功率计实时测量透过光纤尖端的剩余功率。结果光纤光热转换前后,光纤尖端形态和指示光斑形态有所不同。不同输出功率下的光纤尖端有明显的温差变化(P<0.05),剩余功率与输出功率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在连续模式和脉冲模式下,光热转换效应的剩余功率与输出功率都有较好的线性响应(r>0.95,P<0.01),光纤尖端温差变化与输出功率也有较好的线性相应(r>0.95,P<0.01)。结论不同输出功率会影响覆膜型激光光纤光热转化作用程度,光纤尖端的温差变化和剩余功率与输出功率具有较好的线性相关性,可以作为临床中评估光纤光热转换作用的重要参数。Objective The study aimed to investigate the photothermal conversion effect of different output power on film fiber-optic thermal converter(FOTC)and to provide an effective prediction for the laser energy distribution after optic thermal converter.Methods A monitoring model of the output power and temperature difference of the optical fiber tip is established.The diode laser with 810 nm worked at the different rated power of 100 mW、200 mW、300 mW、400 mW、500 mW、600 mW、700 mW、800 mW、900 mW、1000 mW.The temperature of the distal end of optical fiber was recorded and the power of the residual laser energy from the film FOTC was measured synchronously.Results After fiber-optic thermal conversion,the shape of optical fiber tip section and the light spot shape are different.The residual power has good linearity versus output power in continuous wave and pulsed mode(r>0.95,P<0.01).The temperature of the distal end of optical fiber has good linearity versus output power in continuous wave and pulsed mode(r>0.95,P<0.01).Conclusion The residual power and the temperature of the distal end of optical fiber both have good linearity versus output power,which can be used as important parameters to evaluate the FOTC.
