摘　　要：白介素-22(interleukin 22,IL-22)是白介素-10细胞因子超家族的成员,主要由固有淋巴样细胞和CD4+T辅助亚型如辅助性T细胞17(Th17)和辅助性T细胞22(Th22)产生,IL-22受体(in⁃terleukin-22 receptor,IL-22R)是IL-22R1和IL-10R2亚基组成的二聚体,IL-22通过与IL-22R结合而发挥作用。IL-22因其保持和恢复上皮完整性的独特功能而受到广泛关注,然而IL-22在炎症和自身免疫性疾病的发生和发展中可以起到保护或致病的双重作用使之而复杂,本文就IL-22在肾脏损伤相关疾病中的研究进展作一综述。Interleukin 22(IL-22),a member of IL-10 cytokine superfamily,is dominantly pro⁃duced by innate lymphoid cells and CD4+T helper subtypes such as Th17 and Th22 cells.And interleu⁃kin-22 receptor(IL-22R)is a dimer composed of IL-22R1 and IL-10R2 subunit.IL-22 plays a role by conjugating with IL-22R.Recently IL-22 has gained a lot of interest for its unique functions in maintain⁃ing and regaining epithelial integrity.However,IL-22 may play a protective or pathogenic role in the oc⁃currence and development of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.This review summarized the latest researches of IL-22 in renal injury-related diseases.
