摘 要:当前我空军战斗机专业培训采用“三机制”,飞行学员在初、中、高三型教练装备上培训三年,才能毕业进入部队,新一代高教机的出现,为提前实现训练模式突破提供了契机,部队已经完成了初教6直上教10的实践,飞行学员飞行培训时间可减少三分之一。本文从初教6直上教10的新模式出发,分析初教6和教10使用特点和衔接性,总结新一代高教机——教10的高适应性特点,分析新模式尚存在的问题,为当前训练体制改进提出一些建议。At present,China air force adopts“three-plane”mechanism in the professional training of fighter aircraft to train flight cadets for three years on the junior,middle and senior level trainers before they can graduate and enter the air force.The emergence of new generation advanced trainer provides an opportunity to achieve the breakthrough of training mode in advance.China air force has completed the practice of directly from PT6 to L15,and the flight training time of flight cadets can be reduced by one third.Starting from the new mode of“directly from PT6 to L15”,this paper analyzes the characteristics and linkup of PT6 and L15,summarizes the high adaptability characteristics of the new generation advanced trainer L15,analyzes the existing problems of the new mode,and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the current training system.
