摘　　要：狼疮性肾炎是一种临床常见的自身免疫性疾病,现代医学常用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂等治疗,存在副作用多等特点。中医药治疗狼疮性肾炎疗效显著,许家松教授运用辨证论治五步法诊治该病,认为病位在肾,病性为气阴两虚,热毒内蕴,夹湿夹瘀;治疗以补肾之气阴为本,通过舌诊辨血瘀之轻重,注重清热解毒药物的应用,并将其贯彻治疗的始终,同时给予利水渗湿、活血化瘀等药物,以参芪地黄汤为基础加减治疗,临床效果显著。Lupus nephritis is an autoimmune disease most commonly seen in clinical practice.Glucocorticoids and immunosuppressant are frequently applied in modern practice and have many side effects.As a contrast,Chinese medicine has remarkable therapeutic effects against lupus nephritis with minimized side effects.Profssor Jiasong Xu uses five-step method based on the syndrome differentiation theory for treating lupus nephritis.Professor Xu believes that the condition is related to kidney abnormalities.It is characterized as deficiency of both qi and Yin,heat-toxic stagnation,dampness and blood stasis.The key to treat the condition is to tonify qi and Yin,and emphasize the use of heat clearing and detoxification medicines throughout the treatment based on the severity of blood stasis via tongue diagnosis.In addition to that,Professor Xu also uses Chinese medicines that can induce diuresis and to excrete dampness,also drugs that promote blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The typical formula used by Xu is Shenqi Dihuang Decoction.The clinical effect is remarkable.
