摘  要:智能机械手的研发已成为前沿技术领域当中比较热门的新兴产业。本公司原有的生产装备水平落后,生产效率低。如何在生产线上正确应用智能机械手来代替悬臂吊是相当重要的课题。本文对车轮缓冷料仓库上下料生产线的现状进行了分析,并对存在的问题提出了改造方案。通过本次改造,使生产线的生产效率得到了极大提高,有效的降低了设备故障率,同时每班次减少了两名主操,节约了人工成本。The research and development of intelligent manipulator has become a hot emerging industry in the field of cutting-edge technology.The original production equipment level of the company is relatively backward and the production efficiency is low.How to correctly apply intelligent manipulator to replace cantilever crane in production line is a very important topic.This paper analyzes the current situation of loading and unloading production line in wheel slow cooling material warehouse,and puts forward the transformation scheme.Through this transformation,the production efficiency of the production line has been greatly improved,the equipment failure rate has been effectively reduced,two main operators have been reduced per shift,and the labor cost has been saved.
