摘　　要：目的:探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rb-bFGF)联合挂线术治疗高位肛周脓肿的疗效。方法:选取73例高位肛周脓肿患者,随机分为观察组(n=38)和对照组(n=35)。对照组给予挂线术,观察组给予rb-bFGF联合挂线术。比较两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分、Wexner评分、脓腔愈合时间、创面感染率及肛门功能障碍发生率。结果:观察组VAS评分较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Wexner评分及脓腔愈合时间较对照组显著减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组创面感染及肛门功能障碍发生率较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:rb-bFGF联合挂线术治疗高位肛周脓肿,可有效减轻患者疼痛,促进创面愈合,并降低创面感染及肛门功能障碍发生风险。Objective To evaluate the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(rb-bFGF)combined with thread-drawing on high perianal abscess.Method 73 patients with high perianal abscess were divided into observation group(n=38)and control group(n=35).The control group was given to thread-drawing,and the observation group was given to rb-bFGF combined with thread-drawing.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Wexner score,abscess cavity healing time,wound infection rate and anal dysfunction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The Wexner score and abscess cavity healing time of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The wound infection rate and anal dysfunction rate of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion rb-bFGF combined with thread-drawing on high perianal abscess,can effectively reduce pain,promote wound healing,and reduce the risk of wound infection and anal dysfunction.
