摘　　要：目的:探讨慢病管理联合长期规范对^(99)锝-亚甲基二磷酸盐(^(99)Tc-MDP)治疗类风湿关节炎疾病控制、患者依从性、患者预后及炎性因子的影响研究。方法:对类风湿关节炎患者实施慢病管理,包括建立慢病档案、随访管理、医护服务、健康讲座及终点评估等方式,分析对患者持续^(99)Tc-MDP治疗的依从性及保持低疾病活动度和疾病转归的重要性。类风湿关节炎患者均常规使用抗风湿慢作用药物,并联合^(99)Tc-MDP进行首次3个疗程的治疗,且以后每年进行一个疗程的巩固治疗。根据慢病管理结合长期规范对患者治疗前后的炎性因子水平进行分析,分析其对疾病控制的影响。结果:长期坚持^(99)Tc-MDP治疗的患者炎性指标明显下降,90%以上达到低疾病活动度,且通过长期的慢病管理能够增加患者的依从性以及对疾病的认知,能够使医、护、患三者之间配合得更好,控制疾病发展。结论:慢病管理联合长期规范^(99)Tc-MDP治疗对类风湿关节炎患者达到长期持续低疾病活动度有至关重要的作用。Objective To investigate the effects of chronic disease management combined with long-term standard technetium[^(99)Tc]methylene bisphosphonate(^(99)Tc-MDP)treatment on disease control,patient compliance,patient prognosis and inflammatory factors of rheumatoid arthritis.Method Chronic disease management was carried out in patients with rheumatoid arthritis,including the establishment of chronic disease records,follow-up management medical services,health lectures and end point evaluation,and the importance of adherence to^(99)Tc-MDP treatment and maintaining low disease activity and disease outcome was analyzed.Patients with rheumatoid arthritis were a all routinely treated with anti-rheumatism slow action drugs and combined with^(99)Tc-MDP for the first time to complete 3 courses of treatment,and then received one course of consolidation therapy every year.According to chronic disease management and long-term standardized treatment,the level inflammatory factors in patients before and after chronic disease management was analyzed.Results Long-term adherence to^(99)Tc-MDP treatment significantly reduced the inflammatory indicators,more than 90%of the patients reached low disease activity,and long-term chronic disease management can increase patients'compliance and awareness of the disease,can better manage patients and control the development of the disease through the coordination of this model in doctors,nurses and patients.Conclusion Chronic disease management combined with long-term standard^(99)Tc-MDP therapy is crucial in achieving long-term low disease activity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
