摘 要:创伤性凝血病(TIC)是指机体遭受严重创伤等多重冲击后,由体内出现的内源性因素参与,引起的组织损伤与低灌注状态的凝血系统紊乱,其病死率高;临床治疗TIC的关键是迅速止血。本文中就TIC的发生机制与临床救治等创新性研究进行综述,旨在为临床对TIC的早期诊断与治疗提供借鉴。Traumatic coagulopathy(TIC)is a disorder of the coagulation system caused by tissue damage with a state of hypoperfusion,caused by the involvement of endogenous factors that occur in the body after multiple shocks such as severe trauma,with high morbidity and mortality rate;the key to clinical treatment of TIC is rapid hemostasis.In this study,we review the innovative research on the mechanism of TIC,and clinical treatment,aiming to provide clinical references for the early diagnosis and treatment of TIC.
