摘　　要：探讨清华大学第一附属医院通过医师进修、远程会诊、专家指导、驻点帮扶“四位一体”的健康帮扶模式,在南涧县妇幼保健院新生儿医师培训中的效果。经过7年的医疗帮扶与带教,南涧县妇幼保健院新生儿科患儿转诊上级医院的比例由100%降低至6.17%,新生儿病死率由8.78‰逐渐降低至1.42‰,相比较转诊上级医院的新生儿,留在当地妇幼保健院治疗的患儿,家长自付的住院费用平均节省50%以上,并且为每位患儿家长节省了500~1500元的差旅费。同时节省了急救车及儿科医护等转运医疗急救资源。健康帮扶明显提高了南涧县妇幼保健院新生儿科医师医疗水平,大大降低了当地危重新生儿的转诊率,切实减轻当地百姓的经济负担。To discuss the effect of the"four-in-one"health assistance model of the First Hospital of Tsinghua University in the training of neonatologists in Nanjian County Maternal and Child Health Hospital through physician training,remote consultation,expert guidance,and on-site assistance.After 7 years of medical assistance and teaching,the proportion of children referred to higher-level hospitals for children in the Department of Neonatology,Nanjian Maternal and Child Health Hospital was reduced from 100% to 6.17%,and the neonatal mortality rate was gradually decreased from 8.78‰ to 1.42‰.The savings in travel costs range from 500 to 1,500 RMB per child.At the same time,it saves medical emergency resources such as emergency vehicles and pediatric medical care.The health assistance has significantly improved the medical level of neonatologists at Nanjian Maternity and Child Health Hospital,significantly reduced the referral rate of local critically ill newborns,and effectively reduced the economic burden of local people.
