经导管射频消融术治疗室上性心动过速合并冠心病的安全性和有效性分析

摘　　要：目的探究经导管射频消融术用于室上性心动过速合并冠心病治疗中的临床效果及安全性。方法52例室上性心动过速合并冠心病患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,每组26例。对照组采取药物治疗,研究组应用经导管射频消融术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率、治疗前后的心功能指标水平。结果研究组患者的总有效率92.31%高于对照组的69.23%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应发生率3.85%低于对照组的23.08%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的左室射血分数(58.36±5.54)%高于对照组的(52.46±3.11)%、心率(73.35±1.46)次/min低于对照组的(78.74±2.59)次/min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论室上性心动过速合并冠心病予以经导管射频消融术治疗,疗效确切,建议在临床治疗中广泛推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of transcatheter radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of supraventricular tachycardia with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 52 patients with supraventricular tachycardia and coronary heart disease were divided into control group and research group by random numerical table,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drugs,and the research group was treated with transcatheter radiofrequency ablation.The therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions,and cardiac function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 92.31%in the research group was higher than 69.23%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 3.85%in the research group was lower than 23.08%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(58.36±5.54)%of the research group was higher than(52.46±3.11)%of the control group,and the heart rate(73.35±1.46)beats/min was lower than(78.74±2.59)beats/min of the control group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcatheter radiofrequency ablation has definite efficacy on patients with supraventricular tachycardia and coronary heart disease,and it is suggested to be promoted and applied in clinical treatment.
