硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的效果。方法84例阴道炎患者,按照建档时间分为观察组与对照组,各42例。对照组给予硝酸咪康唑阴道栓(商品名:达克宁)治疗,观察组给予硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗。比较两组疗效、症状消失时间、治疗前后阴道清洁度、阴道pH、病原菌检出率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%(40/42),高于对照组的80.95%(34/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组白带减少时间(4.28±1.53)d、外阴瘙痒消失时间(3.21±1.15)d、外阴疼痛消失时间(2.07±1.43)d,均短于对照组的(7.34±1.36)d、(7.19±1.24)d、(5.36±1.30)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组阴道清洁度(1.04±0.45)级、阴道pH值(4.10±0.65)均低于对照组的(2.26±0.78)级、(4.86±0.48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组病原菌检出率4.76%(2/42)低于对照组的21.43%(9/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎效果确切,可提高效果,缓解症状,改善阴道清洁度,降低病原菌检出率。Objective To discuss the effect of nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsule on vaginitis.Methods A total of 84 patients with vaginitis were divided into observation group and control group according to the time of file establishment,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with miconazole nitrate vaginal suppository(trade name:Dakening),and the observation group was treated with nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules.The efficacy,symptom disappearance time,vaginal cleanliness before and after treatment,vaginal pH,and pathogen detection rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than 80.95%(34/42)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The leucorrhea reduction time(4.28±1.53)d,vulvar pruritus disappearance time(3.21±1.15)d,and vulvar pain disappearance time(2.07±1.43)d in the observation group were shorter than(7.34±1.36),(7.19±1.24),and(5.36±1.30)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the vaginal cleanliness(1.04±0.45)grades and vaginal pH(4.10±0.65)of the observation group were lower than(2.26±0.78)grades and(4.86±0.48)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of pathogenic bacteria 4.76%(2/42)in the observation group was lower than 21.43%(9/42)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsule is effective in the treatment of vaginitis,which can improve the effect,relieve symptoms,improve vaginal cleanliness and reduce the detection rate of pathogens.
