摘 要:针对现有液压随钻扩孔器工作时出现的刀翼不能正常收回、振动剧烈等问题,设计制造出了一套新型液压随钻扩孔器。扩孔器设计锁紧机构,当刀翼张开后,能够将其锁住,减轻扩孔时的振动;采用投球憋压与弹簧回收结合的方式,能够有效地保证刀翼的回收。扩孔器设计直径124 mm,能够扩孔的最大直径为270 mm。本文从结构与工作原理上对该扩孔器进行了介绍,通过流体力学原理分析计算,验证了扩孔器活塞的结构设计,通过有限元分析完成了刀翼的强度校核。In view of the current hydraulic drilling reamer can not recover normally,severe vibration and other problems on working.A new type of hydraulic drilling reamer is designed and manufactured.The reamer is designed with a locking structure,when the blades are opened,the blade can be locked to reduce the vibration during reaming.The combination of ball drop and spring recovery can effectively ensure the recovery of blade.The reamer is designed to be 124 mm in diameter,with a maximum reaming diameter of 270 mm.In this paper,the structure and working principle of the reamer are introduced.Through the analysis and calculation of the principle of fluid mechanics,the piston structure design of the reamer is completed,and the strength check of the blade is completed through the finite element analysis.
