摘  要:在对电动机传动系统的速度控制及转矩控制等性能要求较高的应用场合,码盘测速系统的速度检测准确性至关重要。在工业应用场合,存在着各种各样的干扰因素,会造成码盘脉冲波形畸变,导致计数误差,从而影响转速测量的准确度。从码盘测速原理出发,提出了一种消除干扰因素影响的码盘转速计算方法,并通过实验验证了该方案的正确性与可行性。In applications requiring high performance such as speed control and torque control of motor-driven system,the speed detection accuracy of encoder speed measurement system is very important. In industrial applications,there are various interference factors,which will cause the distortion of pulse waveform of encoder,resulting in counting error,and thus affecting the accuracy of speed measurement. Based on the principle of encoder speed measurement,a speed calculation method of encoder to eliminate the influence of interference factors is proposed. The correctness and feasibility of the scheme are verified by experiments.
