摘　　要：斜板除油器作为污水处理系统的第一道关卡,是降低生产污水含油量的重要设备。某海上平台生产污水处理系统的斜板除油器投入使用一年后除油效率逐渐降低,在分析研究找出原因后,通过改造斜板区收油槽和增加清水区收油装置,成功解决了斜板除油器除油效率低下的问题,提升了油田回注水水质。As the first gate of the sewage treatment system,the corrugated plate interceptor is an important equipment to reduce the oil content of production sewage. The oil removal efficiency of the corrugated plate interceptor in the sewage treatment system of an offshore platform reduced gradually after it was put into operation for one year. After analyzing and finding out the causes, the problem of low oil removal efficiency of the corrugated plate interceptor was successfully solved by transforming the oil collection tank in corrugated plate area and adding the oil collection device in clean water area,and the reinjection water quality of the oilfield was improved.
