分析医院感染管理科在传染病监控中的作用

摘　　要：目的分析医院感染管理科在传染病监控中的作用。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月本院收治的住院患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组35例。对照组采用常规管理,研究组实施医院感染管理科传染病监控。比较两组传染病发生率、管理满意度和空气超标率、物体表面超标率、医务人员手超标率及控制效果。结果研究组传染病发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组空气超标率、物体表面超标率、医务人员手超标率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员的重点传染病防控、医院感染控制、预检分诊得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医院感染管理科在传染病防控中有积极作用,可降低各类传染病发生率,提高医院管理质量,患者满意度较高。Objective To analyze the role of infection management department in the surveillance of infectious diseases.Methods 70 inpatients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was under routine management,and the study group was under surveillance of infectious diseases in the hospital infection management department.The incidence of infectious diseases,management satisfaction,air over standard rate,object surface over standard rate,hand over standard rate and control effect were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of infectious diseases in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of air over standard,object surface over standard and hand over standard in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nurses on prevention and control of key infectious diseases,hospital infection control and pre examination were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The department of hospital infection management plays an active role in the prevention and control of infectious diseases,reducing the incidence of various diseases,improving the quality of hospital management and patients'satisfaction.
