摘　　要：总结吕志平教授基于"诸病调肝可安五脏"学术观点指导下的肝胆病防治经验。全面探讨肝胆病"疏肝健脾调气机"的理论渊源,深刻剖析肝病传脾、先实脾土的传变防治思想,阐明肝胆病本虚标实的病机特点及肝病传脾由实转虚、虚实夹杂的肝脾同病的证候演变规律,详细分析了吕志平教授对常见肝胆病的辨治特色与实践经验。This paper summarizes Professor LYU Zhiping’s experience in the prevention and treatment of hepatobiliary diseases under the guidance of the academic viewpoint of“regulating liver and calming five Zang organs”.It comprehensively discusses the theoretical origin of“soothing the liver,strengthening the spleen and regulating Qi”of hepatobiliary diseases,deeply analyzes the transmission and prevention thought of liver disease transmitting the spleen and enriching the spleen first,and expounds the pathogenesis characteristics of liver and biliary diseases,as well as the syndrome evolution law of liver and spleen diseases with liver disease transmitting the spleen from excess to deficiency and mixed deficiency and excess.The characteristics and practical experience of Professor LYU Zhiping in the treatment of common hepatobiliary diseases are analyzed in detail.
