中医药对消化道肿瘤免疫调节的研究进展

摘　　要：消化道肿瘤为我国常见肿瘤,西医在治疗方法上以手术、化疗、放疗为主,对于发生转移的患者手术无法达到根治的效果,而长期的放化疗后大多患者出现骨髓抑制及免疫下降等现象。中医药在治疗消化道肿瘤方面,有减轻肿瘤的免疫抑制,抑制肿瘤细胞生长的作用,查阅近十年来国内外文献,对消化道肿瘤与机体免疫的关系及中医药治疗对免疫功能调节作用两方面作一概述,结果表明消化道肿瘤的发生发展与机体免疫功能关系密切,中医药通过扶正解毒治疗提高患者免疫功能的同时也可以抑制肿瘤细胞增殖。文章为中医药治疗消化道肿瘤疾病提供参考。Gastrointestinal tumors are common tumors in China.Western medicine mainly focuses on surgery,chemotherapy and radiotherapy.Surgery can not achieve the effect of radical cure for patients with metastasis.After long-term radiotherapy and chemotherapy,most patients have bone marrow suppression and immune decline.In the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors,traditional Chinese medicine can reduce tumor immunosuppression and inhibit the growth of tumor cells.By consulting the literature at home and abroad in recent ten years,this paper summarizes the relationship between gastrointestinal tumors and body immunity and the regulatory effect of traditional Chinese medicine on immune function.The results show that the occurrence and development of gastrointestinal tumors are closely related to body immune function,Traditional Chinese medicine can not only improve the immune function of patients,but also inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells.This article provides a reference for the treatment of gastrointestinal tumor diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.
