中药蛇六谷在胰腺癌治疗中的应用探究

摘　　要：胰腺癌是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一,研究发现其发病率、死亡率呈逐年上升的趋势,严重威胁着人们的生命健康,目前西医以放疗、化疗、手术、分子靶向治疗等主要途径,但疗效往往欠理想。反观传统中医药,在治疗胰腺癌上有着独特的优势,临床运用越来越广泛。其中,中药蛇六谷是临床常用的抗肿瘤药材之一,蛇六谷主要通过抑制胰腺癌的肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡、增强机体细胞免疫等方面达到抗肿瘤的作用,在提高患者生存期的同时,也改善了患者的生活质量,体现了中医药在治疗胰腺癌中的特色与优势,值得临床推广运用。Pancreatic cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in digestive system.The incidence rate and mortality rate of pancreatic cancer are increasing year by year, which seriously threatens people’s life and health.At present, western medicine is mainly treated by radiotherapy, chemotherapy, surgery and molecular targeted therapy, but its curative effect is not satisfactory.In contrast, traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of pancreatic cancer, and its clinical application is more and more extensive.Among them, Sheliugu is one of the commonly used antitumor herbs in clinic.Sheliugu plays an important role in inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, inducing apoptosis and enhancing cellular immunity.It improves the survival time of patients and improves the quality of life of patients.It reflects the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pancreatic cancer.It is worthy of clinical application.
