摘　　要：针对新时期人才培养目标,文中基于大数据应用技术,对网络招聘信息进行分析,实现人才培养模式中的核心建构,以此实现对人才教学课程的优化设计。基于大数据技术以及行业人才需求状况、专业能力⁃课程结构数据分析结果,完成相应的人才培养模式分析系统设计。基于LDA模型的应用完成数据应用技术专业课程框架设计,实现对职位海量数据的分类处理,进而实现对不同职位的划分。在此基础上实现对不同岗位需求和实际职位能力的综合性认识,进而明确不同岗位上所需人才能力的要求。在文中系统的应用下,可以实现对各职位人才知识结构要求差异及人才能力需求的分析,以及对人才培养课程体系的优化改进。文中设计可为大数据环境下人才培养起到重要的指导作用。On the basis of the talent training objectives in the new era,the online recruitment information is analyzed based on the big data application technology to realize the core construction in the talent training mode,so as to realize the optimal design of talent teaching courses.Based on the analysis results of big data technology,industry talent demand and professional ability⁃curriculum structure data,the design of corresponding talent training mode analysis system is completed.The curriculum framework design of data application technology specialty is completed based on the application of LDA model to realize the classification and processing of massive data of positions,and then realize the division of different positions.On this basis,the comprehensive understanding of the different position requirements and the actual position ability are realized,and then the needs and requirements of talent ability required in different positions are clarified.Under the application of this system,the differences of talent knowledge structure requirements and talent ability needs of various positions can be analyzed,and the talent training curriculum system can be optimized and improved.The design in this paper can play an important guiding role for talent training in the big data environment.
