摘  要:为了提高DC⁃DC电源系统的性能,解决传统的线性直流稳压电源系统功率转换效率低、调压功率损耗大、输出响应速度慢等问题,文中采用同步整流技术和跨导的TypeⅢ型补偿网络设计,建立同步整流BUCK型DC⁃DC稳压开关电源线路。以UP1540电源控制器和NMOS同步整流场效应管(NTMFS4C10)为主要元器件,利用PWM斩波来控制同步整流场效应管导通、截止,通过电感和电容进行电路能量交换和滤波,再通过TypeⅢ环路补偿型来实现电路的安全性和输出电压的稳定性。实验结果表明,同步整流BUCK型DC⁃DC稳压开关电源具有良好的功率转换效率、更小的调压功率损耗和更快的输出响应速度,达到了预期设计目标。说明采用同步整流技术和跨导的TypeⅢ型补偿网络设计来优化BUCK型DC⁃DC稳压开关电源,可提高电路的功率转换效率和稳定性。In order to improve the performance of DC⁃DC power supply system and solve the shortcomings of the traditional linear DC regulated power supply system,such as low power conversion efficiency,large voltage regulation power loss and slow output response speed,the synchronous rectification technology and transconductance TypeⅢcompensation network design are adopted to establish synchronous rectification buck DC⁃DC regulated switching power supply circuit.Taking the UP1540 power controller and synchronous rectifier NMOS field⁃effect tube(NTMFS4C10)as the main components,the synchronous rectifier NMOS field⁃effect tube conduction and cut⁃off are controlled by means of the PWM chopper,the energy exchange and filtering inductance and capacitance in circuit are conducted,and then the TypeⅢloop compensation type is used to realize the safety of the circuit and the stability of the output voltage.The experimental results show that synchronous rectification BUCK DC⁃DC regulated switching power supply has good power conversion efficiency,smaller voltage regulation power loss and faster output response speed,which can achieve the expected design goal.It can be seen that the synchronous rectification technology and transconductance TypeⅢloop compensation network design can be adopted to optimize BUCK DC⁃DC regulated switching power supply,which can improve power conversion efficiency and stability of the circuit.
