摘  要:为解决传统光学方位仪在舰艇摇摆情况下存在的稳定性差、被测目标难以对正、有效测量难以完成等问题,文中基于光电成像和数字处理技术,设计并开发了新型电子方位仪。设计方案分别从图像采集和方位解算两方面着手,利用视频数据和云台转角信号,结合罗经航向信息实现对观测目标的自动标定。系统整体主要由视频采集单元、设备控制单元、信息解算单元等组成。其中,观测单元由高清摄像机、云台组成,控制单元由云台控制模块和转角解算模块组成,信息解算单元由航向解算模块、视频显示模块、嵌入式系统、键盘输入模块、数字显示模块和电源模块组成。系统运行时,通过观测单元的云台转角确定目标舷角,利用控制单元实现云台转角的信号传输,基于解算单元和电罗经实时航向信息,依据航向、方位、舷角关系式实现对观测目标的实时方位解算。新型电子方位仪的设计开发可实现对观测目标快速准确的定位,对于提升舰艇快速反应能力具有重要意义。In order to solve the problems of the traditional optical azimuth system in the case of ship swaying,such as poor stability,difficult alignment of the measured target,and difficult completion of effective measurement,a new electronic azimuth finder is designed and developed on the basis of photoelectric imaging and digital processing technologies.The design scheme is started from two aspects:image acquisition and azimuth calculation.The automatic calibration of observed targets is realized by using the video data,PTZ(pan/tilt/zoom)angle signal and compass heading information.The system is mainly composed of video acquisition unit,equipment control unit,information solution unit,etc.The observation unit is composed of high⁃definition camera and PTZ.The control unit is composed of PTZ control module and corner calculation module.The information solution unit is composed of heading solution module,video display module,embedded system,keyboard input module,digital display module and power supply module.When the system is running,the PTZ angle of the observation unit is used to determine the target side angle,the control unit is adopted to realize the signal transmission of the PTZ angle,and based on the real⁃time heading information of the solution unit and the electric gyrocompass,the real⁃time azimuth solution for the observed target is realized according to the relations of heading,azimuth and side angle.The design and development of the new electronic azimuth finder can realize the fast and accurate positioning of the observaed targets,which is of great significance to improve the rapid response capability of warships.
