摘　　要：目的分析自体富血小板凝胶促进患者创面愈合的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年5月本院收治的60例存在难愈性创面患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽取法分为研究组与对照组,每组30例。研究组采用自体富血小板凝胶方法,对照组采用传统给药方法,比较两组创面愈合率、组织病理学标准评分以及创面组织生长因子水平。结果研究组创面愈合率、组织病理学评分、TGF-β1及PDGF-BB均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体富血小板凝胶能有效促进创面的愈合,可对创面局部生长因子的水平进行调控,使炎症在短时间内消退。Objective Analyze the clinical effect of autologous platelet-rich gel in promoting wound healing in patients. Methods 60 patients with refractory wounds admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into study group and control group according to random selection method, with 30 cases in each group. The study group used the autologous platelet-rich gel method, and the control group used the traditional method of administration. The wound healing rate, histopathological standard score and the level of wound tissue growth factor were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing rate, histopathological score, TGF-β1 and PDGFBB of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Autologous platelet rich gel can effectively promote the healing of the wound, and can regulate the level of local growth factors on the wound, so that the inflammation subsides in a short time.
