芪苈强心胶囊联合米力农注射液在高血压性心脏病伴心力衰竭患者治疗中的效果及对运动耐受性的影响

摘　　要：目的探究芪苈强心胶囊联合米力农注射液在高血压性心脏病伴心力衰竭患者治疗中的效果及对运动耐受性的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2019年12月于本院住院治疗的高血压性心脏病伴心力衰竭患者80例,随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组给予芪苈强心胶囊联合米力农注射液,对照组给予米力农注射液,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后心功能指标改善情况以及运动耐受性变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率为87.5%,高于对照组的67.5%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清BNP、cTnⅠ低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组运动时间长于对照组,最大心率、最大摄氧量、最大运动负荷高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合米力农注射液应用可提高高血压性心脏病伴心力衰竭患者的治疗效果,改善心肌受损情况,增强患者的运动耐受性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with milrinone injection in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease patients with heart failure and its influence on exercise tolerance. Methods 80 cases hypertensive heart disease patients with heart failure who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was given Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with milrinone injection, and the control group was given milrinone injection. The clinical efficacy, improvement of cardiac function indexes, and changes in exercise tolerance before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 87.5%, which was higher than 67.5% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, serum BNP and c TnⅠ of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group exercised longer than the control group, and the maximum heart rate, maximum oxygen uptake and maximum exercise load were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with milrinone injection can improve the treatment effect of hypertensive heart disease patients with heart failure, improve myocardial damage, and enhance the patients’ exercise tolerance. It is worthy of clinical application.
