摘 要:目的探究沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂结合白三烯抑制剂口服治疗对支气管哮喘患者临床疗效及外周血Toll样受体4(TLR4)、信号转导转录激活因子1(STAT1)表达的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2020年3月于本院治疗的90例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表方法分为实验组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用吸入沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合白三烯抑制剂-孟鲁司特治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血清炎症因子及TLR4、STAT1表达水平。结果实验组治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组炎症因子比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α均低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组TLR4、STAT1表达水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组TLR4、STAT1表达水平均低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂结合白三烯抑制剂对支气管哮喘患者具有较好的临床疗效,可有效降低患者的炎症因子水平及外周血TLR4、STAT1表达水平。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of sulilitide combined with leukotriene inhibitor oral therapy in patients with bronchial asthma and toll-like receptor 4(TLR4), signal transduction factor and activator 1(STAT1) the effect of expression. Methods 90 patients with bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2020 were selected as study subjects. They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with inhaled sullitide, and the experimental group was combined with leukotriene inhibitor montelukast treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, serum inflammatory factors and the expression levels of TLR4 and STAT1 were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.56%, which was higher than 82.22% of the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in inflammatory factors between the two groups;after treatment, IL-8, IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P< 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the expression levels of TLR4 and STAT1 between the two groups;after treatment, the expression levels of TLR4 and STAT1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Sulitide combined with leukotriene inhibitors has good clinical efficacy in patients with bronchial asthma, effectively reducing the levels of inflammatory factors and the expression levels of TLR4 and STAT1 in peripheral blood of patients.
