摘 要:采用自制的复合抗酚黄变油剂D-PA100对聚酰胺(PA6)纤维进行改性,达到上油与抗黄变的功能。对所制备的PA6纤维结构、上染率、色牢度以及抗黄变性能进行测试。结果表明:D-PA100改性的PA6纤维结构发生变化,其氨基与酰胺基的吸收峰明显减弱,活性得到抑制,抗黄变能力得到提高。D-PA100用量为0.3%时,PA6纤维的抗酚黄变效果达到4~5级;经过14天紫外照射后,抗紫外黄变性表现最佳。研究还发现,采用D-PA100改性的纤维经酸性染料染色后具有较高的上染率,较优良的耐摩擦色牢度及耐皂洗色牢度。Polyamide 6(PA6) fibers were modified with self-made composite anti-phenol yellowing oil agent D-PA100, so as to achieve the functions of oiling and anti-yellowing. The structure, dyeing uptake rate,color fastness and yellowing resistance of PA6 fibers were studied. The results showed that the structure of PA6 fiber treated with D-PA100 was changed, the absorption peaks of amine and amide groups were significantly weakened, its activity was inhibited, and the anti-phenol yellowing ability of PA6 fiber was improved.When the content of D-PA100 was 0.3%, the anti-phenol yellowing effect of PA6 fiber reached grade 4~5,and had the best resistance to UV yellowing after 14 days of UV irradiation. In addition, it was found that after dyeing with acid dyes, the fabric made of D-PA100 modified fiber had high dye uptake, excellent color fastness to rubbing and soaping.
