摘  要:以螺环磷酸酯二酰氯与聚醚胺为原料合成聚醚胺-螺环磷酸酯二酰氯共聚物(PPD),再引入三聚氯氰(CYC),制备耐久型阻燃整理剂PPD-CYC。研究CYC与PPD物质的量比、反应温度、反应时间对阻燃整理剂PPD-CYC产率的影响,优化合成反应工艺。结果表明:在反应物CYC与PPD物质的量比1.0∶2.2、反应温度70℃、反应时间14 h时,产率最高可达80.2%。经红外光谱分析证实所得产物为目标产物耐久型阻燃整理剂PPD-CYC,利用其对棉织物进行阻燃整理,研究PPD-CYC用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间、pH等因素对棉织物阻燃性能的影响,优化整理工艺,测定阻燃整理织物的服用性能。结果表明:在PPD-CYC用量300 g/L、pH 6、焙烘温度150℃、焙烘时间90 s时,整理棉织物的极限氧指数可从18.9%提高至30.6%,赋予棉织物良好的阻燃性能。此外,PPD-CYC对整理棉织物的机械强力和白度影响较小。经过水洗后,阻燃整理棉织物的极限氧指数为25.4%,燃烧后炭长为14.6 cm,仍具有较好的阻燃性。与市售较优阻燃产品相比,PPD-CYC具有更好的阻燃效果。Polyether amine spiro phosphate diacyl chloride copolymer(PPD) was synthesized from spiro phosphate diacyl chloride and polyether amine, and then cyanuric chloride(CYC) was introduced to prepare durable flame retardant finishing agent PPD-CYC. The effects of the molar ratio of reactants, reaction temperature and reaction time on the PPD-CYC yield were investigated to obtain the optimum synthesis process. The results showed that the PPD-CYC yield could reach to 80.2% at the most when the molar ratio of CYC and PPD was 1.0∶2.2, reaction temperature was 70 ℃, and reaction time was 14 h. The chemical structure of asprepared product was confirmed by the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The effects of the amount of flame retardant, baking temperature, baking time, pH, and other technological parameters on the flame retardancy of cotton fabric were systematically investigated to obtain the optimum finishing process. The results showed that the limit oxygen index of the treated cotton fabric could be largely improved from 18.9% to 30.6% when the amount of PPD-CYC was 300 g/L, pH was 6, baked at 150 ℃ for 90 s. In addition to the good antiflaming performance, the treated cotton fabric had less mechanical damage and little whiteness decay.After washing, the limit oxygen index of the treated cotton fabric was 25.4%, and the carbon length after combustion was 14.6 cm, which still had good flame retardancy. Compared to the commercial product, durableflame retardant PPD-CYC has better flame retarded effect.
