摘  要:为了降低传统嵌段硅油在实际使用中的溶剂排放量,以聚醚胺(PEA)、1,3-二(3-缩水甘油丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷(BGTS)为原料制备氨基聚醚双封头(BGTS-PEA),再与八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)在氢氧化钾(KOH)催化下反应得到无溶剂型氨基聚醚改性聚有机硅氧烷(PDMS-PEA)。采用红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)表征BGTS-PEA的结构,并优化合成工艺。对比传统PEA溶剂型聚醚改性嵌段硅油在纯棉和涤纶织物上的应用性能,PDMS-PEA的氨值为0.2 mmol/g时,其柔软性与平滑性与溶剂型嵌段硅油相当,可以代替溶剂型PEA嵌段硅油应用于实际生产中。In order to reduce the solvent emission of traditional block silicone oil, amino polyether terminated siloxane(BGTS-PEA) was prepared by using polyetheramine(PEA) and 1,3-bis(3-glycidylpropyl)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxy alkane(BGTS) as raw material, and then reacted with octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D4)under potassium hydroxide(KOH) catalysis to obtain solvent-free amino polyether modified polyorganosiloxane(PDMS-PEA). The structure of BGTS-PEA was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and 1 H NMR, and the synthesis process of BGTS-PEA was optimized. Compared with the application performance of traditional solvent-based PEA modified block silicone oil on polyester and cotton fabrics, it was shown that PDMS-PEA was equivalent to solvent-based block silicone oil in terms of softness and smoothness, and could replace solvent-based block silicone oil in practical applications.
