摘 要:以海藻酸钠(SA)、玉米秸秆生物炭(BC)、壳聚糖(CTS)为原料制得复合凝胶球(SA/BC/CTS),利用扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱(FTIR)初步表征其结构。以结晶紫为吸附对象,考察染料溶液pH、吸附剂质量浓度、吸附时间和染料初始质量浓度对吸附过程的影响。结果表明:SA/BC/CTS的孔隙率高,官能团丰富;在吸附剂质量浓度为6 g/L、结晶紫初始质量浓度为50 mg/L、pH为6、温度为30℃、吸附时间为120 min的条件下,结晶紫的去除率可达90.5%;吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir吸附等温模型。SA/BC/CTS可以作为一种高效、环保、经济的生物质吸附剂应用于低质量浓度染料废水的处理。Composite gel bead(SA/BC/CTS) was synthesized by sodium alginate(SA), corn stalks biochar(BC) and chitosan(CTS). The morphology and chemical structure were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). Taking crystal violet as the adsorption object, the effects of dye solution pH, adsorbent dosage, adsorption time and dye mass concentration on the adsorption properties were studied. The results showed that the SA/BC/CTS had high porosity and rich functional groups. Under the conditions of adsorbent dosage 6 g/L, the crystal violet mass concentration 50 mg/L, pH 6,adsorption temperature 30 ℃ and adsorption time 120 min, the removal rate of crystal violet was as high as90.5%. The corresponding adsorption process could be well described by the pseudo-second order kinetic model and the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model. SA/BC/CTS was a highly efficient, environment friendly,economical biomass adsorbent for the treatment of the low concentration dyeing wastewater.
