摘 要:利用气相色谱-FID和气质联用检测器,结合顶空分析测定纺织制品中环氧乙烷的残留量。优化主要因素,利用仪器进行定性、定量分析。结果显示,该方法的相关系数均大于0.999,加标回收率为90.4%~96.0%,相对标准偏差为2.0%~7.8%(n=5)。该检测方法准确、简单、高效,适合大批量纺织制品中环氧乙烷的测定。The residual ethylene oxide in textile products was determined by gas chromatography-FID and GC-MS combined with headspace analysis.The main factors were optimized and the instrument was used for qualitative and quantitative analysis.The results showed that the correlation coefficients of the method were greater than 0.999,the recovery was 90.4%~96.0%,and the relative standard deviation was 2.0%~7.8%(n=5).The established method was accurate,simple and efficient,and was suitable for the determination of ethylene oxide in large quantities of textiles.
