郑氏手法结合粘膏支持带治疗我国高水平体操运动员三角软骨盘复合体损伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察郑氏手法结合粘膏支持带治疗我国高水平体操运动员三角软骨盘复合体损伤疗效。方法:选取国家体操队三角软骨盘复合体损伤运动员16名,采用郑氏手法结合粘膏支持带治疗6周,采用Robbins腕关节功能评分量表和疼痛视觉模拟量表检测患者治疗效果和恢复情况。结果:6周郑氏手法结合粘膏支持带联合治疗后腕关节功能评分(6.88±0.96),较治疗前(3.31±0.8)明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VAS评分由治疗前(6.87±1.36)明显下降至治疗后(1.25±0.93),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:郑氏手法配合黏膏支持带治疗体操运动员三角软骨盘损伤能有效缓解腕关节疼痛症状,改善腕关节功能,提高训练质量。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Zheng's manipulation combined with adhesive plaster supporting band on the injury of triangular cartilage disc complex of high-level gymnasts in China.Methods:Sixteen athletes of national gymnastics team with triangular cartilage disc complex injury were treated with Zheng's manipulation combined with adhesive plaster supporting band.Results:After 6 weeks of treatment,the wrist function score(6.88±0.96)was significantly higher than that before treatment(3.31±0.87),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score before treatment was(6.87±1.36)and after treatment(1.25±0.93),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zheng's manipulation combined with adhesive plaster supporting band can effectively relieve wrist pain symptoms,improve wrist joint function and training quality.
