《针灸大成》神门穴的临床应用探讨

摘　　要：《针灸大成》为我国针灸专著中影响深远的著作,具有被广为认可的权威性和实用性。此文目的为通过查阅《针灸大成》中关于神门穴的相关文献记载,总结及探讨神门穴的临床应用特点。《针灸大成》明确记载,神门穴为手少阴心经的输穴、原穴,它既有心经腧穴的共性,又有五输穴的特性。总结其应用范围及作用,可知其具有宁心安神、养血固表、调气导气的效用。临床多用于心肺系及神志疾病,也可用于肢体经脉疾病。Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion is one of the most influential books on acupuncture and moxibustion in China,which is widely recognized as authoritative and practical. The purpose of this paper is to summarize and discuss the clinical application characteristics of Shenmen( HT7) by referring to the relevant literature records of Shenmen( HT7) in Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion. It is clearly recorded in Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion that Shenmen( HT7) is the acupoint of the hand shaoyin heart meridian and the original acupoints. It has both the commonality of the acupoints of the heart meridian and the characteristics of the five acupoints. Summing up its application scope and function,it can be known that it has the effect of calming the mind,nourishing the blood and solidifying the surface,regulating and guiding qi. Clinical use for heart and lung system and mental diseases,can also be used for limb meridian diseases.
