涤痰汤合小陷胸汤对支气管哮喘患者免疫功能及气道重塑的影响

摘　　要：目的研究涤痰汤合小陷胸汤对支气管哮喘患者免疫功能及气道重塑的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月收治的80例支气管哮喘患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例)。2组患者均进行常规基础治疗。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上给予布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂,治疗组在此基础上联合涤痰汤合小陷胸汤,2组患者均持续治疗1个月。比较2组患者症状缓解时间,治疗前后免疫功能及气道重塑水平。结果治疗组患者症状缓解时间均较对照组缩短;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者血清CD3^(+)及CD4^(+)水平均升高,且治疗组较对照组升高;血清WA、WA%、CD8^(+)水平均降低,且治疗组较对照组降低(均P <0.05)。结论涤痰汤合小陷胸汤能有效改善支气管哮喘患者临床症状,调节免疫功能,抑制气道重塑进程。Objective To study the effect of Ditan decoction and Xiaoxianxiong decoction on immune function and airway remodeling in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods In this study,80 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected by random number table method,and they were divided into treatment group( n = 40) and control group( n =40). Both groups of patients received routine basic treatment. Patients in the control group were given budesonide formoterol inhalation on the basis of conventional treatment,and the treatment group was combined with Ditan decoction and Xiaoxianxiong decoction on this basis.Patients in both groups were treated continuously for one month. The time of symptom relief,the level of immune function and airway remodeling before and after treatment was compared between the two groups. Results The time of symptom relief in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group. Compared with before treatment,the serum CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)levels of the two groups increased after treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group. Serum WA,WA% and CD8^(+)levels decrease,and the treatment group was lower than the control group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Ditan decoction and Xiaoxianxiong decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with bronchial asthma,regulate immune function,and inhibit the process of airway remodeling.
