火针辅以玉屏风颗粒治疗老年面部扁平疣临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨火针结合玉屏风颗粒在老年面部扁平疣患者中的应用效果。方法在福建中医药大学附属人民医院美容中医科门诊2018年7月—2019年12月接诊的老年面部扁平疣患者中选取100例,按照随机分组将其分为2组。研究组采用陈氏火针法+玉屏风颗粒治疗,对照组采用多功能电离子手术治疗机+玉屏风颗粒治疗,对比2组术后3个月皮损消退情况、后遗症(色素沉着、凹陷、瘢痕)情况及临床疗效。结果研究组完全消退者占比(52.00%)大于对照组(30.00%),未消退者占比(8.00%)小于对照组(24.00%)(P <0.05)。研究组后遗症发生率(6.00%)低于对照组(22.00%)(P <0.05)。研究组总有效率(92.00%)高于对照组(64.00%)(P <0.05)。结论对老年面部扁平疣患者采取火针治疗加上玉屏风颗粒可取得显著的临床疗效,且不良反应少,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of fire needle combined with Yupingfeng granule in elderly patients with facial flat wart. Methods From July 2018 to December 2019,100 cases of elderly patients with facial flat wart in department of cosmetology and traditional Chinese medicine of People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups. The study group was treated with Chen’s fire needle method and Yupingfeng granule,and the control group was treated with multifunctional electric ion surgical treatment machine and Yupingfeng granule. The skin lesion regression and sequelae( color) of the two groups were compared 3 months after operation. The clinical effect was evaluated. Results The proportion of complete regression in the study group( 48. 00%) was higher than that in the control group( 30. 00%),and the proportion of non regression in the study group( 8. 00%) was lower than that in the control group( 24. 00%)( P < 0. 05). The incidence of sequelae in the study group( 6. 00%) was lower than that in the control group( 22. 00%)( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate of the study group( 92. 00%) was higher than that of the control group( 64. 00%)( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Fire need combined with Yupingfeng granule can achieve significant clinical effect on elderly patients with facial flat wart,has less adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
