摘　　要：目的探讨自拟缩宫汤与西药联合低频康复治疗仪治疗子宫复旧不全的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月—2020年12月收治的180例子宫复旧不全患者,按照就诊顺序单双号将其分为研究组(90例)与对照组(90例)。2组患者均接受西药联合低频康复仪治疗,研究组在此基础上加服自拟缩宫汤,比较2组子宫复旧情况。结果研究组子宫压痛、小腹痛、腰腹坠胀、血性恶露等症状改善时间明显短于对照组(P <0.05);研究组血凝块滞留、宫腔积液及切口愈合不良等发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05);产后第2天,2组子宫三径之和比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),研究组产后7 d、42 d子宫三径之和明显小于对照组(P <0.05);研究组治疗总有效率显著大于对照组(P <0.05)。结论自拟缩宫汤与西药联合低频康复治疗仪治疗子宫复旧不全效果确切,可作为有效的联合治疗方案推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Suogong decoction and western medicine combined with low-frequency rehabilitation apparatus in the treatment of uterine involution. Methods From January 2020 to December 2020,180 patients with uterine involution were divided into study group( 90 cases) and control group( 90 cases) according to the order of seeing a doctor. Patients in both groups were treated with western medicine combined with low-frequency rehabilitation apparatus. On this basis,the study group added selfmade Suogong decoction. The uterine involution was compared. Results The improvement time of uterine tenderness,abdominal pain,lumbago and Hematolochia in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group( P < 0. 05) The incidences of blood clot retention,uterine cavity effusion and poor wound healing in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P <0. 05),and there was no significant difference in the sum of three uterine diameters between the two groups( P > 0. 05). The sum of three uterine diameters at 7 and 42 days postpartum in the study group was significantly smaller than that in the control group( P < 0. 05),and the total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The self-made Suogong decoction and western medicine combined with low-frequency rehabilitation therapy instrument is effective in the treatment of uterine involution insufficiency,and can be used as an effective combination therapy.
