摘　　要：总结马科教授临床常用抗癌中药经验。恶性肿瘤对人类的生命健康造成了严重威胁,手术、放疗、化疗等是恶性肿瘤常用治疗手段,这些手段能够有效清除、抑制癌细胞,但也存在疗效有限及毒副作用较大等缺点。大量研究表明中医药在恶性肿瘤的防治中作用显著。马科教授将现代医学及药理研究与辨病用药相结合,并针对癌邪伴有的不同病理状态,分别采用行气、活血、化痰、祛湿、清热等不同治法,同时在治疗肿瘤的过程中始终贯彻以顾护正气为本的"扶正抗癌"理念。The experience of Professor Ma Ke’s clinical commonly used anticancer Chinese medicine was summarized. Malignant tumors pose a serious threat to human life and health. Surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy are commonly used treatment methods for malignant tumors. This method can effectively eliminate and inhibit cancer cells,but it also has the disadvantages of limited efficacy and large side effects. A large number of studies have shown that Chinese medicine plays a significant role in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors. Professor Ma Ke combines modern medicine and pharmacological research with disease differentiation and medication,and uses different treatment methods such as promoting qi,promoting blood circulation,eliminating phlegm,removing dampness,and clearing heat for the different pathological conditions associated with cancer. In the process,we have always implemented the concept of "strengthening and fighting cancer"based on protecting righteousness.
