摘　　要：【目的/意义】数字经济发展需要有效的政策体系支持,政策文本量化研究能够为吉林省数字经济政策的制定与完善提供决策依据及路径优化建议。【方法/过程】利用文本挖掘和PMC指数模型,通过构建数字经济政策指标体系,其中,包含9个一级变量和40个二级变量,结合PMC指数与PMC曲面对吉林省数字经济政策文本进行量化评价与分析。【结果/结论】所选取的九项吉林省数字经济政策样本中,三项为优秀,四项为良好,两项为及格,表明吉林省数字经济发展政策具有一定的科学性、可行性,相关政策的协同性较高。【创新/局限】本文开创性地确立了数字经济政策评价指标,并利用量化分析方法对吉林省数字经济政策进行研究,减少了政策评估的主观性;后续,还有待就政策执行效果展开深入探讨。【Purpose/significance】The development of Digital Economy needs the support of effective policy system,and the Quantitative Study of policy text can provide decision-making basis and path optimization suggestions for the formulation and improvement of digital economy policy in Jilin Province.【Method/process】The study uses text mining and PMC Index Model to construct a digital economic policy index system,which includes 9 first-order variables and 40 second-order variables,based on the quantitative evaluation and analysis of the digital economic policy texts of Jilin Province combined with PMC index and PMC surface.【Result/conclusion】Among nine Jilin Province digital economic policies,three are excellent,four are good,two are pass,which shows that the development policy of digital economy in Jilin Province is scientific and feasible,and the coordination of related policies is high.【Innovation/limitation】The evaluation index of digital economic policy is established,and the quantitative analysis method is used to study Jilin Province digital economic policies,which reduces the subjectivity of policy evaluation,meanwhile,further discussion on the effect of policy implementation is needed.
