摘 要:对六杆四面体双曲面网壳的静力特性进行模型试验研究.设计并制作了一高度5m、底面直径(跨度)4m的网壳模型,提出了一种适用于六杆四面体单元、满足刚接假定并可加装加强杆的法兰盘节点,测试并研究了网壳模型在模拟静力风荷载下的节点变位和杆件内力.试验结果和有限元模拟结果进行对比,分析了试验误差来源.结果显示,试验实测值与理论值较为吻合,节点受力性能良好,六杆四面体单元的制作缺陷对双曲面网壳静力特性影响较大,应在工厂预制环节加以控制.Model test was conducted on static behavior of a hyperboloidal lattice shell composed of six-bar tetrahedral units.A lattice shell model with height of 5 m and span of 4 m was designed and manufactured.A rigid flange plate joint which applies to six-bar tetrahedral units and can be connected to strengthening bars was proposed.Displacements and internal force of the lattice shell model under simulated static wind loads were measured.Sources of errors were analyzed when comparing test results with finite element results.It was shown that test results agreed well with theoretical analysis and joints had favorable mechanical behavior.Manufacturing defect of six-bar tetrahedral units has significant influence on static behavior of the hyperboloidal lattice shell,which should be controlled in prefabrication.
