摘 要:随着金属钕铁硼永磁技术应用的不断发展,对钕铁硼永磁材料质量要求越来越高,而且在电解过程中,钕、铁、硼颗粒径向运动及其溶解对整体金属永磁材料质量的直接影响至关重要。稀土熔盐电解过程中阳极消耗变形对电解工艺影响直接关系到金属质量和电解效率,本文通过改变阳极倾角模拟阳极消耗形变对碳颗粒运动规律的影响,发现曳力及重力是在电解槽发生反应过程中主要受到的力。颗粒的含气率多少,直接对颗粒运动轨迹的变化产生了较大的影响,粒径越大偏移效果越明显,颗粒越远离阳极内表面,阳极增加倾斜度后,含气率在阳极底端有所下降,并能够使角涡上移,这样就使得阳极颗粒对阳极壁面的压力冲刷相对明显减弱,有利于有效减缓阳极碳颗粒对碳表层剥落的腐蚀现象,使其使用产品中的杂质和碳含量相对减少,并有效地延长了阳极碳的产品使用寿命。In recent years,with the development of the application of Nd permanent magnets,the requirements for the quality of metal neodymium are getting higher and higher,and the influence of carbon particle movement and dissolution on the quality of metal during electrolysis is crucial.The influence of anode deformation on the electrolysis process during the rare earth molten salt electrolysis process is directly related to the metal quality and electrolysis efficiency.In this paper,by changing the anode dip angle to simulate the effect of anode deformation on the movement law of carbon particles,it is found that the drag force and gravity are the main force in the electrolysis cell.The gas content is the main influencing factor for changing the particle’s trajectory.The larger the particle size,the more obvious the offset effect is,and the farther the particle is away from the inner surface of the anode.As the anode slope increases,the gas content decreases at the bottom end of the anode,and the angular vortex moves up,which makes the scouring of the anode wall surface relatively weak,which is beneficial to slow down the phenomenon of anode carbon spalling,reduces the impurity content of the product,and effectively prolongs the service life of the anode carbon.
