玉米秸秆化学成分特征以及膨化法造纸可性研究

摘  要:本文通过对膨化前后的玉米秸秆进行化学成分,扫描电镜以及X-射线衍射分析,探究膨化处理方法对玉米秸秆化学成分和纤维形态所产生的影响。同时通过对不同比例玉米膨化浆分别与针叶浆、阔叶浆和棉浆配抄成的纸页进行物理性能检测,分析成纸要求的混合比例。结果表明,膨化过程导致木素含量明显降低,综纤维素、灰分、有机溶剂抽出物相对含量有所提高;且膨化过程会使得部分木素脱落,纤维疏松分离,但不会对纤维素的结晶区产生影响;玉米膨化浆与针叶浆、阔叶浆、棉浆配抄成纸时,膨化浆占比10%配抄得到的纸张符合要求。In the face of the severe situation of the supply of fiber raw materials for papermaking industry in China,it is an important research topic to actively explore the full utilization of non-wood fiber raw materials.The chemical composition,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction of com straw before and after extrude were analyzed.The effects of extrude treatment on the chemical composition and fiber morphology of com straw were investigated.And then the mixing proportion of corrugated base paper was explored by testing the physical properties of paper made from different proportions of com straw extmded pulp with softwood pulp,hardwood pulp and cotton pulp.The results showed that the content of lignin was decreased obviously and the relative content of holocellulose,ash and organic solvent extracts were increased during the expansion process.Moreover,the expansion process would make some lignin fall off and the fiber loose and separate,but it would not affect the crystalline zone of cellulose.And when the proportion of com strawextruded pulp is 10%,the paper made from com straw extmded pulp with softwood pulp,hardwood pulp and cotton pulp can meet the requirements of paper making.
