血清miR-200a和S-100B与妊娠期高血压疾病患者临床参数的关系及诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的:检测妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)患者血清miR-200a和S-100钙结合蛋白B(S-100B)水平,分析其与HDCP患者临床参数的关系及对HDCP的诊断价值。方法:检测2017年2月至2019年2月我院收治的182例HDCP患者(观察组)和153例健康孕妇(对照组)血清miR-200a、S-100B水平,并比较不同年龄、入组时体质量指数(BMI)、分娩孕周、孕次、产次、病情程度、预后的HDCP患者血清miR-200a、S-100B水平差异。Pearson相关性分析血清miR-200a、S-100B及有关指标间的相关性。受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清miR-200a、S-100B水平诊断HDCP的价值。结果:观察组血清miR-200a、S-100B水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),血清miR-200a、S-100B水平随着病情加重而升高(P<0.05)。血清miR-200a水平与HDCP患者年龄、入组时BMI、预后有关(P<0.05),血清S-100B水平与HDCP患者分娩孕周、预后有关(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,HDCP患者血清miR-200a与S-100B、年龄、入组时BMI呈正相关(P<0.05),血清S-100B与分娩孕周呈正相关(P<0.05)。ROC分析结果显示,血清miR-200a、S-100B水平诊断HDCP的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.743、0.721,灵敏度和特异度分别为72.93%、74.59%;72.00%、75.00%。结论:HDCP患者血清miR-200a、S-100B水平升高,两者与HDCP发病、进展和预后均存在密切关系。miR-200a、S-100B可能作为辅助HDCP诊断的生物学指标。Objective:To detection the expression characteristics of serum mir-200 a and s-100 calcium-binding protein B(S-100 B)in patients with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy(HDCP),and analyze the relationship between mi R-200 a and S-100 B in patients with HDCP,and its diagnostic value for HDCP.Methods:The serum mi R-200 a and S-100 B levels of 182 HDCP patients(observation group)and 153 healthy pregnant women(control group)admitted to our department of obstetrics and gynecology from February 2017 to February 2019 were detected.The differences of serum mi R-200 a and S-100 B in patients with HDCP were compared at different ages,body mass index(BMI)at enrollment,gestational week,gestation time,birth time,disease severity and prognosis.Pearson correlation analysis of serum mi R-200 a,S-100 B and correlation between related indexes,and receiver operator characteristics curve(ROC)was used to analyze the value of serum mi R-200 a and S-100 B levels in diagnosing HDCP.Results:Serum mi R-200 a and S-100 B levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum mi R-200 a and S-100 B increased with the aggravation of the disease(P<0.05).Serum mi R-200 a level was associated with age,BMI at enrollment and prognosis of HDCP patients(P<0.05),and serum S-100 B level was associated with gestational age and prognosis of HDCP patients(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum mi R-200 a was positively correlated with S-100 B,age and BMI at enrollment in patients with HDCP(P<0.05),Serum S-100 B was positively correlated with gestational age(P<0.05).ROC analysis showed that the AUC of serum mi R-200 a and S-100 B in HDCP diagnosis was 0.743 and 0.721 respectively,and the sensitivity and specificity were 72.93%,74.59%,72.00%,75.00%respectively.Conclusion:The serum mi R-200 a and S-100 B levels of HDCP patients were increased,which were closely related to the incidence,progression and prognosis of HDCP.Mi R-200 a and S-100 B can be used as valuable biological indica
