摘　　要：流行性感冒(流感)是由流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染性疾病,常常引起暴发流行,是影响公共健康的主要危险因素之一。目前主要的治疗药物是神经氨酸酶抑制剂,如奥司他韦、扎那米韦等。然而,近年来耐药毒株不断增加,迫切需要开发新的抗流感药物。病毒融合蛋白血凝素是其中最主要的研究靶点之一。本文讨论并总结了最新的针对流感病毒血凝素靶点的抗流感药物,包括单克隆抗体、小分子抑制剂、蛋白质和肽。今后基于血凝素的疗法可能会成为预防和治疗流感的手段之一。Influenza is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by influenza virus,that often causes outbreaks and epidemic.Influenza presents is one of the main risk factors for public health.At present,the main therapeutic drugs are neuraminidase inhibitors,involving oseltamivir,zanamivir,etc.However,to combat ever-increasing drug-resistant strains,development of new and effective anti-influenza drugs are urgently needed.Hemagglutinin(HA),a viral fusion protein,is one of the most important targets for research.This article discusses and summarizes the latest anti-influenza inhibitors focusing on influenza virus HA,including monoclonal antibodies,small-molecule inhibitors,proteins and peptides.In the future,HA-targeted therapy is capable of becoming one of the means to prevent and treat influenza.
