摘 要:废旧锂离子电池回收及资源化利用具有资源和环境双重效益。采用酒石酸和葡萄糖浸出与碳酸钠沉淀再生耦合体系,实现废旧LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_(2)三元正极材料回收与再生利用。基于单因素实验设计,考察了葡萄糖浓度、酒石酸浓度、搅拌速率、浸出时间和浸出温度对各金属元素浸出率的影响。结果表明,在葡萄糖浓度1.25 mol/L,酒石酸浓度2 mol/L,搅拌速率400 r/min,浸出时间60 min,浸出温度80℃的较优浸出条件下,Li、Ni、Co、Mn的浸出率分别达到98.88%、98.24%、97.11%、96.85%。通过碳酸钠沉淀与高温烧结制备的再生正极材料电化学性能较优。The recycling of spent lithium-ion batteries has double benefits of resource and environment.The coupling system of tartaric acid and glucose leaching and sodium carbonate precipitation regeneration was adopted to realize the recycling and reusing of spent LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_(2)ternary cathode material.Based on the single factor experimental design,the effects of glucose concentration,tartaric acid concentration,stirring rate,leaching time and leaching temperature on the leaching rate of each metal element were investigated.The results show that under the optimal leaching conditions of glucose concentration of 1.25 mol/L,tartaric acid concentration of 2 mol/L,stirring rate of 400 r/min,leaching time of 60 min and leaching temperature of 80℃,the leaching rates of Li,Ni,Co and Mn are 98.88%,98.24%,97.11%and 96.85%,respectively.The regenerated cathode material prepared by sodium carbonate precipitation and high temperature sintering has relatively excellent electrochemical performance.
