摘 要:为明确硬质合金微观组织及力学性能最佳的配碳区间,配制了不同碳含量的WC-10Co复合粉末,并通过压制、烧结获得硬质合金。采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、硬度计、电子万能力学试验机等分析了碳含量对合金微观组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:当碳含量小于5.34%时,合金出现脱碳相;当碳含量大于5.50%时,合金出现渗碳相;当碳含量为5.36%~5.47%时,合金处于WC+Co二相区。当碳含量低于5.38%时,WC晶粒出现类椭圆形,增加碳含量到5.41%时,WC晶粒边缘趋于平直化,且随着碳含量的继续增加,WC晶粒长大趋势更明显,直至发育成三棱柱状的平衡形貌。当碳含量范围在5.41%~5.47%时,合金的硬度和抗弯强度均优于其他碳含量的合金,硬度维持在1655~1668 kg/mm^(2),抗弯强度为3921~4475 MPa。In order to clarify carbon content range of cemented carbides with the best microstructure and mechanical properties,WC-10 Co composite powders with different carbon contents were prepared,and the cemented carbides were obtained by pressing and sintering.The effects of carbon content on microstructure and mechanical properties of the cemented carbides were analyzed by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,hardness tester and electronic universal mechanical testing machine.The result show that there is decarburized phase in the cemented carbides with less carbon content than 5.34%,and carburized phase appears in the cemented carbides with greater carbon content than 5.50%.When the carbon content is 5.36%~5.47%,the cemented carbides are in the WC+Co two-phase region.When the carbon content is lower than 5.38%,WC grains present a nearly elliptical shape.When the carbon content is increased to 5.41%,the edges of WC grains tend to be flat and straight,and as the carbon content continues to increase,the growth of WC grains is more obvious,until they develop into the balanced morphology of triangular prism shape.When the carbon content ranges from 5.41%to 5.47%,the cemented carbides have better hardness and flexural strength than those with other carbon contents,and their hardness and flexural strength are 1655~1668 kg/mm^(2) and 3921~4475 MPa,respectively.
