摘 要:本研究采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对2008-2018年我国南海北部带鱼的生产调查数据进行统计,测算不同捕捞方式与功率段的技术效率。结果表明,2008-2018年南海北部带鱼生产的技术效率总体呈波动下降趋势,下降了40.8%。南海北部带鱼生产技术效率总体较低,刺网和围网这两种捕捞方式的技术效率相对较高,单拖、双拖和钓具的技术效率较低。建议保持或提升刺网和围网捕捞带鱼的捕捞效能,减少单拖、双拖渔船数和功率数。Data envelopment analysis(DEA)method was used to analyze the production survey data of different operation modes and power sections of Trichiurus japonicus in the northern South China Sea from 2008 to 2018.The results showed that the technical efficiency of the production of Trichiurus japonicus in the northern South China Sea fluctuated and decreased by 40.8%from 2008 to 2018.The technical efficiency of the production of Trichiurus japonicus in the northern South China Sea is generally low,the technical efficiency of gill net and seine net is relatively high,and the technical efficiency of single towing,double towing and fishing tackle is relatively low.It is suggested that the operating efficiency of gill net and seine net should be maintained or improved,and the number of singletowing and double-towing vessels and the number of power should be reduced.
