摘 要:为初步了解内蒙古乌审旗地区绵羊矿物质代谢情况,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法检测了不同季节和饲养模式下绵羊群血清7种矿物质含量。于2019年12月至2020年9月,根据不同季节和饲养模式对乌审旗地区3个试验点羊群共采集4次240个血清样品,测定每个样品的Ca、Mg、P、Cu、Fe、Se、Zn含量。结果表明,所有血清样品Se含量全年均处于缺乏状态,且受季节因素影响不大;而血清其他元素含量均处于较高水平,且在夏秋2季含量最高。就饲养模式而言,舍饲绵羊血清Ca、Mg、P、Cu含量均显著高于散养绵羊,而Fe和Zn含量则差异不显著。散养绵羊血清Se含量则在春夏2季显著高于圈养绵羊,而秋冬2季2种饲养模式均无差异。因此,季节因素和饲养模式均能影响绵羊群矿物质代谢,我们应该根据实际情况针对性的补充所缺矿物质。In order to investigate the mineral metabolism of sheep in Wushen,Inner Mongolia,the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method was used to detect 7 mineral contents in the sheep serum in different seasons and under different feeding patterns. 240 blood samples were totally collected four times from sheep at three test sites in Wushen according to different seasons and feeding patterns from December 2019 to September 2020. The contents of Ca,Mg,P,Cu,Fe,Se,and Zn in each sample were determined by using the ICP-MS. The results showed that the Se content in all samples was in a deficient state throughout the year,and was not significantly affected by the seasonal factors,but the contents of other elements in the serum were at a high level,and the highest values were obtained in summer and autumn. For the feeding method,the contents of Ca,Mg,P,and Cu in the serum of captive feeding sheep were significantly higher than those of the free-range sheep,while the Fe and Zn contents were not significantly different. The serum Se content of the free-range sheep was significantly higher than that of the captive feeding sheep in spring and summer,but there was no difference between the two feeding modes in autumn and winter. It could be concluded that the seasonal factors and feeding method can affect the mineral metabolism of sheep,and the lack of minerals should be supplemented according to the actual situation.
