摘　　要：二甲双胍作为治疗2型糖尿病的一线药物在临床上广泛被使用,疗效确定且不良反应少。近年研究发现,二甲双胍除具有显著的降血糖作用外,还能改善神经精神疾病如焦虑症、阿尔茨海默病等,并具有心血管保护作用和抗肿瘤效应,对肠道菌群也具有一定的调节效果。本文针对二甲双胍在神经精神疾病、心血管系统疾病、肿瘤等疾病的治疗和肠道菌群的调节等方面的作用及其机制和存在的问题进行综述。Metformin,as a first-line drug in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,is widely used in clinic with definite efficacy and few adverse reactions.In recent years,other effects besides hypoglycemia have been found,such as a possible therapeutic effect on mental disorders(e.g.,anxiety disorder,Alzheimer’s disease),cancer,and cardiovascular disease.It also has regulatory effects on intestinal microbiota.The purpose of this review is to summarize the recent investigations of metformin on mental disorders,cardiovascular diseases,cancer,and intestinal microbiota.
