摘 要:光动力学疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)是用一定波长的光激发光敏剂,产生单线态氧杀伤周围细胞,具有创伤小、不良反应小和不易产生耐药性的优点。纳米给药系统静脉注射后具有肿瘤靶向、缓释和环境敏感性等特点。采用纳米给药系统载光敏剂可结合二者优点,增强光动力学抗肿瘤效果。本综述从光动力学疗法作用机制、载光敏剂纳米制剂及光动力学疗法与其他方法联合应用等方面,概括了基于光动力学疗法抗肿瘤纳米给药系统的研究进展,希望为其临床应用提供参考。Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is a therapeutic strategy by which photosensitizers are excited by specific light irradiation to produce singlet oxygen for killing the surrounding cells.The advantages of PDT include weak invasion,slight side effect,and low resistance.The advantages of nanoscale drug delivery systems(DDS)include tumor-targeting,sustained release,and environmental-sensitivity.The combination of PDT and nanoscale DDS would likely lead to tumor targeting of photosensitizers and enhance their antitumor effectiveness.This review discusses the mechanism of PDT,photosensitizer-loaded nanoscale formulations,the combination of PDT and other antitumor therapies,and summarizes the applications and prospects of anti-tumor nanoscale DDS based on PDT.This review is a useful reference for its clinical application.
