一例犬上眼睑肥大细胞瘤的诊断及手术切除并行皮肤移植术

摘　　要：1只11岁小鹿犬,就诊约4年前右上眼睑出现一个绿豆大小增生物,之后逐渐长大,就诊前近半个月时间犬抓挠致增生物表皮破溃,有血痂。通过病史调查、病理学检查、血液检查及细胞学分析等方法进行诊断,并根据诊断结果进行治疗。结果表明:患犬所患疾病为肥大细胞瘤,采取手术切除并行皮肤移植术的治疗方法取得了良好疗效,术后1年回访未见复发及其他异常情况。说明手术治疗方案对该病例具有较好的治疗效果。An 11-year-old Miniature Pinscher showed a mung bean-sized growth in the upper right eyelid about four years ago;it gradually grew up later,and nearly half a month before the treatment,the dog’s scratching caused the epidermal ulceration of the proliferation,with blood scab.The diagnosis was carried out through medical history investigation,pathological examination,blood test and cytological analysis,and the treatment was performed based on the diagnosis results.The results showed that the dog was diagnosed as mastocytoma;the treatment method of surgical resection and skin transplantation had achieved good results.There was no recurrence and other abnormalities in the follow-up visit one year after the operation.The results suggested that the surgical treatment plan had a good therapeutic effect on this case.
